RETURNS 


We regret that perishable goods, including chocolate and other foods, are exempt from being returned.


EXCHANGES. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange something for the same item, please send an email to orders@devillierschocolate.com, with a photo of the damage or defect. 


 REFUNDS


We do not offer refunds on purchases but you are welcome to request an exchange for any defective products. Please see our Exchanges section on how to go about this.
