Damaged or melted orders

For melted or damaged orders, we will give you the choice of having your order refunded or sent again. Please take a photo of the damage and send us a message through the CONNECT form on the website within 5 days of receipt of you order. We will then send you an email and on receipt we would appreciate it if you could attach the photos and provide as much information so that we can trace to eliminate future damage.
