SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Chocolate is easily damaged by excessive heat and sunlight. We take every precaution to ensure the integrity of your shipment. Please note that when we need to ship chocolate to destinations with temperatures over 22ºC (72ºF), or during the warmer months, we may delay your delivery in order to reduce transit time, or ask you to select an expedited shipping option at an additional charge.
We will pack your chocolate into insulated polystyrene to prevent melting during transit and we strongly recommend that you arrange delivery of your chocolate to an address where someone is available to receive it in a timely fashion in order to avoid any damage.
